information system, the user acknowledges, understands, and consents to certain identified actions. The user acknowledges,
understands and consents to the fact that the user has no reasonable expectation of privacy regarding communications or
data transiting or stored on the information system or devices connected to the information system. The user acknowledges,
understands and consents to the fact that at any time and for any purpose, the government may monitor, intercept, record,
